How This Works

Get your forms and documents remotely notarized in just a few simple steps.

  1. Email your document(s) to RemoteNotarizng@gmail.com. We will review it & you'll receive an email invite to connect.

  2. Click the invite link. You'll see the document you will have the option to make any edits at this time. 

  3. Take a picture of your government issued ID, answer a few questions, & your identity will be confirmed in seconds.

  4. Must have a US Social Security Number

  5. We'll be connected over live video to notarize your document & assist you throughout the process.

  6. Upon completion of the signing you'll be prompted to pay for the service & then can download or share your notarized document. Completed documents will be stored in your account, if you ever need it in the future.
